Sahir Lodhi -The Untold Side of Sahir Lodhi
Few weeks ago my facebook feed was flooding with pictures of some Roshan Clinic which was said to be runned by SLF Foundation and is said to be owned by Sahir Lodhi the famous actor/host. This took our attention when a well known Facebook page shared his story of how he got a chance to visit the place and also attatched some pictures of the clinic.
Eventually, this post went viral and everyone had started talking about it and with this arose a lot of questions as well and people were really eager to know if Sahir Lodhi was the man behind SLF and Roshan Clinic.
After so many rumors and questions Sahir opened up about this and addressed his friends that he's the man behind Roshan Clinic.
It is a place where the underprivileged are treated free of cost and not only that, they are provided with free medicines as well. It is located in such a place where people in the surroundings are too poor to even afford slippers. A long queue is there every day in the morning outside the clinic where the patients wait to receive their token as the clinic can only entertain a certain number of patients every day and they manage to accommodate 150-200 daily. After digging into this matter we were amazed to know that Sahir is solely looking after all these expenses of this clinic and tbh medical in Pakistan is not at all cheap.
We've been surprised to see someone like Sahir Lodhi doing such a big cause for the needy people because it is not an easy task to do with a celebrity routine. After all this we were curious to know whether the doctor are genuine doctors or not because over the period of time we've seen an increase in incidents where fake doctors have ruined the patients life and fake doctors are mostly found in such under developed areas. We decided to use our sources and verify the doctor and it turned out that the doctor is not just an ordinary GP but he's a renowned General Physician at Jinnah Medical Hospital. We also got this interview clip from one of the patients that were there at the clinic and he was very satisfied with the services provided at the Roshan Clinic.
People see Sahir Lodhi as just an ordinary host/actor and entertainer. That is not all for a lot of people. I fail to understand why people have soo much hate and negative thinking about Sahir even when he's one of those rare people who have come forward to help the poor and needy people. We all should also make a contribution towards SLF or any other similar foundation because we never know our small act of kindness can make a huge difference in someone else's life.
